01Who we are
Billi Co LLC ("Billi Co", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered voice, text, and chat agents that answer calls and messages, book appointments, and qualify leads on behalf of businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit billi.co, request a demo, become a customer, or communicate with us or with an AI agent we operate for one of our customers.

02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and anything you type into a form on our website.
- Consent records including the date, time, and content of any SMS opt-in you provide, and the page where you provided it.
- Account and billing information if you become a customer, such as your business details and payment records. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Onboarding content you provide so we can build your AI agent, such as business hours, services, FAQs, scripts, and calendar access.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages visited, referring URL, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
- Communication data when you call, text, or chat with us or with an AI agent we operate, including call audio, transcripts, message content, phone numbers, and timestamps.
03How we use your information
- To respond to your demo request and schedule and deliver the demo.
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services, including building and tuning AI agents for our customers.
- To send transactional and customer-care messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and account updates.
- To send marketing messages, only where you have separately consented to receive them.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud and abuse.
04SMS text messaging program
In short. We only text people who opt in. We never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data for marketing. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
How you opt in
You can consent to receive SMS text messages from Billi Co LLC by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website (for example, the demo request form at billi.co), by texting a keyword to our business number, or by agreeing verbally during a call with our team. We collect your mobile number and consent status when you opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent checkboxes on our forms are never pre-checked.
What we send
Depending on the consent you give, messages may include demo scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, account and customer-care updates, replies to questions you send us, and, only if you separately opt in to marketing, occasional promotional messages about Billi Co products and offers.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (810) 642-3550.
Mobile information and opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties, except with the service providers we use solely to deliver messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform and carriers), who may not use that information for any other purpose.

05How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following cases:
- Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, telephony and carrier providers, AI model providers that process conversation content, payment processors, hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Our customers. If you call, text, or chat with an AI agent we operate on behalf of a business, the content of that conversation, your contact details, and any appointment or lead information are shared with that business. That business's own privacy policy governs its use of your information.
- Legal requirements when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Billi Co, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
None of the above permits any party to use your mobile number or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing. See Section 4.
06Call recording and AI processing
Calls and messages handled by our AI agents may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so that the business you contacted can review the conversation and so that we can improve accuracy and service quality. Where the law requires, callers are notified that the call may be recorded. Conversation content is processed by AI model providers under contracts that prohibit them from using it to train their models or for any purpose other than providing the service to us.
07Data storage and security
We store information on servers located in the United States and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it.
08Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features. We may use third-party analytics tools that collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
09Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
- Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message. See Section 4.
- State privacy rights. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we will notify you by email or text.
